Cheese Ball

1 pkg cream cheese
3 green onions, sliced
4 oz chopped ham, diced small
1/2 cup cheddar cheese, shredded

Beat the cream cheese until it softens ( a minute or two). Mix in the green onions and chopped ham until they are evenly distributed. Form into a ball or log and roll in the cheddar cheese until covered. Place in a ziplock bag or cover in plastic wrap, and refrigerate for at least 4 hours before serving. Best made the day before.
