Hummus

1 (15oz) can garbanzo beans, drained
1 small bunch parsley
3 green onions
3 cloves garlic
2 tbsp. tahini (sesame seed paste)
2 tbsp. lemon juice
1 tsp. salt
dash of cayenne

Puree in a blender and serve with bread or veggies. Makes 3 servings. Refrigerate leftovers.
